Terms of Service

Leap is a Chrome browser extension that provides workspace management features including spaces, tab organization, folder management, and cloud synchronization. The Service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Leap. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

• Registration is through Google OAuth (Firebase Authentication)
• One account per person
• You are responsible for the security of your Google account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

• Free Plan: Basic features with limits on spaces (3), tabs per space (25), and folders (7). No cloud sync.
• Pro Plan: Unlimited spaces, tabs, and folders. Cloud sync, all color palettes, per-space themes, and priority support.

• Pro subscriptions are processed through LemonSqueezy
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are handled according to LemonSqueezy's refund policy
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the extension
• Use automated tools to access the Service in ways that bypass rate limits
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent Free plan limits
• Use the Service to collect, harvest, or scrape data from websites
• Attempt to bypass server-side authorization or security measures

• The extension, its code, design, and branding are our property
• Your data (spaces, tabs, settings) belongs to you
• You grant us a license to store and process your data solely to provide the Service

• We are not responsible for loss of data (tabs, spaces, sessions)
• We make no guarantees of compatibility with future Chrome versions
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• You may uninstall the extension and delete your account at any time
• We may discontinue the Service with at least 30 days' notice
• Upon termination, you may export your data before deletion

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your data.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the extension or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
